PayPal was created specifically for online purchases. It is a service that allows you to send and receive payments in a secure, convenient and economical way.  With PayPal, your card details are safe because they are never shared with the seller.



Shipments are made exclusively with SDA courier: the order is normally processed within 48-72 hours. 

Only in exceptional cases (for example during sales) may it take 4/5 working days following the date of the order.

On average SDA takes 24/48 hours for delivery throughout Italy.

A TRACKING code will be provided with the order confirmation email to be able to track the shipment.

At the moment Heaven only ships to Italy.



The cost of shipments to Italy for orders of less than €30 is €7.

All shipments to Italy are FREE for orders equal to or greater than €30.


You can order in our online shop and collect your order in the shop in Cittadella (PD) in via G. Marconi, 17.

Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours (working days) of order confirmation. By leaving a telephone number you will be notified via whatsapp when your order is ready.



The return service is always guaranteed.

 If you have changed your mind about your purchase or the size is not right, you can return your purchase by following these simple instructions.

You can return an item by sending an email to no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, indicating the order number and your name. 

Once the return has been authorized, you will be sent the form to fill out and place inside the box (or envelope) of the product to be returned. The product to be returned must be shipped within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the positive outcome of the return request.

To proceed with the refund of the amount, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products must not have been used, washed or damaged

  • The products must be complete with the original equipment (box, protections, tag, etc.)

  • Returned products must be in a condition that can be put back on sale

  • The return must have been authorized and must have been sent within the times indicated above

  • The return must reach our headquarters no later than 45 days from the date of receipt of the product (returns received with a greater delay, even if shipped within the times indicated, will not be accepted)


You will have to use the same box that you received with the shipment, using the second adhesive strip for closure (in case you received the order with an envelope, you will be provided with a second envelope to make the return. Only in the case of a small envelope will you have to provide yourself with an envelope (or box) suitable for shipping. The costs for shipping the product to be returned are borne by the buyer, who can choose the shipping method he prefers as long as the package is carefully packed. We do not assume responsibility for any delays or losses by the courier/service chosen to return the product to us.

Once the package has arrived at our headquarters, we will take care of verifying that all the aforementioned conditions have been met, in the event of a positive outcome we will proceed with the issue of a refund equal to the original amount of the order or of the returned item (in the case of multiple orders).


If all the conditions listed above are not met, it will not be possible to issue any refund. The customer, not before having communicated it to us, will have 15 working days to be able to collect the package at his own expense and under his own responsibility.

The whole procedure will be completed within 5 working days.


Terms and conditions

Heaven srl (hereinafter the Supplier) has its headquarters in Cittadella (PD), in Via G. Marconi, 17 and is registered with the Padua Chamber of Commerce in the ordinary section on 04/19/2019 with the following registration number tax code and VAT number: IT05215670281. The customer (hereinafter the Customer) is defined as the person identified by the data entered at the time of registration and acceptance of the conditions of sale.


Right to Privacy

The Supplier informs that it is possible to enter the website without being a registered user and access the information, the product data sheets, the basic price list and all those services which do not require the entry of personal data to be used.

To use the online purchase services, it is necessary to enter the requested data. The provision of data is not mandatory, but is aimed at the establishment and maintenance of contractual relationships with the Supplier which cannot take place in the event of refusal. In relation to the aforementioned data, the Customer can exercise all the rights of the Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The data you provide or in any case referable to you may be communicated:

  • to external subjects who carry out specific tasks on our behalf (goods delivery, bookkeeping, tax obligations);

  • to banks, for the management of receipts and payments deriving from the execution of contracts


Nature of the relationship and cases of non-applicability of consumer protection rules

In accordance with the provisions of national and EU laws currently in force, the economic relationship between the Supplier and the Customer is governed by consumer protection legislation only in the event that the Customer purchases for personal purposes unrelated to his work activity. Therefore, the relations between the Supplier and the Customer who purchase for purposes related to their work activity by providing their VAT number do not apply the regulations for the protection of consumers, including in particular Legislative Decree no. 185 of 1999 (contracts concluded at distance), Legislative Decree n.50 of 1992 (right of withdrawal) and articles 1469 bis et seq. cc

Prices and warranty

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices indicated are to be understood as "VAT included" and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the procedure at the very moment of forwarding the order to the Supplier.

For each order, a delivery note sent together with the goods is issued and, upon request, an invoice sent together with the goods.



The Customer has the right to choose between different payment methods:

  1.  Credit Card "Visa, Mastercard, Maestro" through the technology of Triveneto Pos.

  2.  Paypal


Purchase orders

Each order is identified by a unique code (order number) and contains the indication of the date it was sent to the system, the details of the items purchased, the shipping costs and the single prices including VAT in Euros, the summary of the total costs including VAT.


Prices, methods and delivery times

The Supplier ships with SDA. The cost of transport in Italy is set at €7 for total amounts of less than €30 and is free for higher amounts.

Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In the event of discrepancies and/or discrepancies, it will be the Customer's responsibility to have them noted exactly on the transport document (bill or waybill) under penalty of forfeiture of asserting their rights in this regard. 

The delivery times communicated to the customer correspond to 2/3 working days and reflect the information received from the express courier, any delays or discrepancies are to be attributed to the courier itself. Upon departure of the order, an e-mail notification will be sent to the Customer with all the shipment data for online tracking.


Complaints and shipping delays
